![]() ![]() If you require Pantone matching to ensure your product matches your exact colour specification, we can provide this for an additional cost. You should not upload images saved in CMYK format or they will not print correctly. If your file is currently in CMYK format, you should convert it to RGB prior to upload. We currently only support images saved in an RGB colour profile. These standard file formats are supported by all major graphic design applications, so if your file is currently in another format you will need to convert it prior to upload. For transparent products, we accept AI, PNG, GIF and PDF. For products printed on a solid background we accept PDF, AI, PSD, JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, PS, TIF and TIFF files. Our drawing app handles a range of common image file formats. If you are using the drawing app, you should avoid placing essential content at the edges as it may be concealed by the frame. We recommend you produce your designs within one of our templates to ensure everything you need sits within the visible area. The visible area differs from product to product but is shown in the templates and represented by a dotted line. This reduces the total visible area, so you should avoid placing anything important in this region. ![]() Some products, such as snap frames and pavement signs, have a frame which slightly overlaps the main image so the poster is held securely. The proofs shown reflect what we will print in your final artwork. You should avoid adding crop marks or trim marks to your document as they will be printed and may be visible. We won’t crop your artwork to fit so you should provide it correctly sized. Your artwork should be extended to the full size of the print and no gap should be left. Prints larger than A3 can be provided at 150 DPI. For prints up to A3, artwork should be provided at 300 DPI. To avoid this, simply ensure all images you upload are at least the same size as the item you’re printing and check the proofs provided to make sure you’re happy with the quality before submitting your artwork for printing.Īny images you upload need to be provided at the correct dimensions to avoid pixelation or blurring and also at the correct DPI (dots per inch). If you upload A4 artwork and request for it to be printed at A1 you will find that the image is blurred or pixelated. If you are printing an A1 poster you should provide A1 artwork. To ensure your prints look as good as possible, you’ll need to provide images that are at least the same size as the item you’ve purchased. ![]() Most poster frames can be used in either landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) formats, but pavement signs can only be used portrait. Ensure you select the right orientation for the product and your intended use. When you add your artwork you’ll be given the choice of whether you want it to be portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal). ![]()
